MP4 Quick Sync Problems

Hello! Lately, Ive been using your product, and might I say, it's awesome! I'd always used AVI, but today I decided I was going to attempt to use Quick Sync. I was recording with Quick Sync and about 2:15 in, I lagged a bit (60fps > 50fps), which I though was strange due to the fact that AVI gave me no problems. After stopping the recording, I watched the video, and at 2:15ish, the video had audio problems, severe stuttering, etc. I was wondering if any of you could help me out... The game that Im playing doesn't matter, as it happens with every game i've tried.
Specs:
4GB RAM
I5 2500K @ 3.3
GTX 550ti
1.6TB Free Harddrive
Please respond as soon as possible! Oh yeah. No matter which settings I used, it always lagged at around the same time period (2:15ish). Thanks guys!

Do you use latest drivers for IQS?

Just found a new driver for Intel. Going to test it out for a while and see f it will work.

It seemed to help make the video last for 30 more seconds or so, but then It went back to lagging / audio stutter.
