Fps caped and wont record above 30fps

After the last update to the program action by mirillis i cannot record anything above 30 fps. It gets locked at 30 fpr even if its set to record at 120 or 60. Other programs record the games at 60 fps with out a problem so I think there is something wrong with Action. First time its actually happened to me. Please help.

Go to your LIVE tab and see if LIVE feature is enabled. If yes, disable it because it overwrites your current Video Recording settings.
