MP4 recordings are worse quality than they used to be.

This is the AMD MP4 App, not the regular MP4 that won't pass 720p.

All was recorded in 60 FPS at 1080p.

I'm not a video expert by any means, but shouldn't it be possible to increase the Bitrate and have actual numbers instead of a percentage slider, like many video editors and advanced recorders have, atleast for the beefy setups?
