Nvidia OpenGL Error 9

Hello everyone!


I'm having a really annoying crash, when my Mirillis Action! is on and i'm playing a mod pack for Minecraft called FTB Direwolf 1.7.

My Minecraft just closes with no error message and this Nvidia OpenGL Error 9 thing pops up...

This crash has already cost me 1 episode and half of my let's play series so it needs to be fixed asap...

As i can only reproduce the crash with Mirillis Action on, i decided to turn to you guys for help.

Curious... why not just use Nvidias own recording software? I'm referring to Shadowplay. It's free for Nvidia users and seems to do everything Action does. It also allows replay recordings where after something happens, you can backtrack up to 20 minutes and still have it recorded.
