Settings not saving

So I recently got Action! on steam, (only to find out that its 11 dollars cheaper on this website) and whenever I edit the settings, it doesn't save when I re-open it. Also, if I minimize the program, I have to close it using task manager and then re-open it to see the window with all the settings and saved videos.
I'm not sure if its just because the steam version is buggy, but I would love some help.

Try running Steam app as administrator and see if you are getting the issue.
