Action! changing location from display when start recording

Hey
I'm using w8.1, nvidia graphic card with geforce experience and I have a problem with Action! when I use 2 monitors
Each time when I'm playing some game on monitor 1 and i drag Action! to monitor 2, it will remain there, but after im start playing and use the Key bind F9 to start recording, Action! is jumping back on monitor 1, of course is recording, everything is fine, except I want Action! to remain on screen 2 so i can monitor because I'm not using HUD anymore.

As far as I know this issue occurs randomly and it couldn't be reproduced so far in our lab.
