So what will the upgrade price be???

I've searched all over, but can't find an answer. I noticed that I can't upgrade from versions 1.xx.xx to 2.xx.xx for free (IMO, ALL updates should be free). So please, what will be the price of this upgrade (or at least an estimate)? Will I have to buy a whole new version of Action?

It was mentioned in a previous post that it will be the same as the Splash upgrade, but there aren't any answers in that product's forums either.
