Action suddenly making videos playback super fast

I have recorded hundreds of GB of footage with the exact same setup I have now, I have changed nothing, but now some videos playback really fast, others don't.

The product is broken as is, I cannot use this.

There has to be a fix, but the only thread I found was from over a year ago and there is no solution posted.

I had originally blamed it on PowerDirector 12, but during the process with their customer service I played some of my files that came from Action directly and they were fast, I thought it had only happened once I imported them into PD and produced them, but no they are playing fast as MP4 and AVI files directly out of Action.
