Play a video generated with action. Error?

Hi all.
I'm newbie, and I have a trial versión of Action! 1.22.1, and Windows 7 x64.
When I play a .mp4 video generated with action!, it not show me the entire screen.
If I open it with VLC, then I can see the whole screen recorded.
I have two files for examples of an avi screenshot, and a mp4 screenshot.

Why this can happen?
