Desync and stutter

So I finally found Mirillis Action! and I get good frames while recording. The problem is that every time I record, my video stutters (even though I have 90-120 fps while recording) and the audio is out of sync with the video. I don't know if it is a setting or what, but I am trying to get it fixed. Thanks
