Help action doesnt start

First i dont talk english very good so sorry

Well my problem is that from the 1.18 version and newers the program doesnt start I click in the icon and 2 process starts but the program not, also with the 1.17 the audio was out of sync I would like to know why my program doesnt start some specs of my pc are:
amd radeon 7570
Intel c ore quad cpu Q6600
4 GB of ram
