Can't start Action! due to not finding qwave.dll

Hello!

So I recently got Action! to try it out, and I have a problem. Whenever I attempt to start it up, I get an error.

Is that error.

Couldn't find anything about this, so hoping you guys can help.

OS: Windows Server (either that or Vista)
Video Card: ATI Radeon 3400
Memory: 4 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1680x1050
Video Editor: Windows Movie Maker (but not important?)
Game Problem: No game
Video Type: No type

Probably your DLL file is corrupted or missing. It's a system dll file so I guess you will have to re-install your system.

Download here: http://www.dll-found.com/qwave.dll_download.html

Copy the file to the install directory of the program that missing the dll file.
If that doesn't work. you have to move the dll file to the system directory.

Vista, Windows 7 - C:\Windows\System32

If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, The System Directory in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\

Reboot computer.
