Action! doesnt open

Well i have some miner problems with action!
I think i pressed something and now everytime i open Action! it closes or it doesnt open or it doesnt show up...
Please someone help, i tried reinstalling it and deleting files of it but nothing..
I beleive i have to reset the settings but if it doesnt even pop up when its pressed i cant do that...
Is there any file i can delete that resets the settings or something???

What is a DxDiag report??

DxDiag is a diagnostic report of your current PC specification and its most important settings such as graphic drivers, resolution etc. To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:

If you are running Windows Vista or higher go to your task bar.
Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information tab".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag)
Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
