Webcam Isn't Recording

I cannot seem to get my webcam to record, no matter what I do. I have the setting set up and my webcam's light comes on, but it does not show up on the recorded product. What could the issues be?

Webcam may not be working in two cases:
- Check if you have Perfect Video Match mode enabled. If yes, please disable it.
- Check if you have selected Record Mouse Cursor, it's required to show the webcam properly.
