Windows 10 tech build, Action! freezes up the system

Every time I try to launch Action! on latest Windows 10 build (10049) it gives me a sudden GPU crash (latest nvidia drivers), leaving me with a blank (one colored) screen, I can hear sounds, music and move around the mouse but the screen is dead, reboot fixes it.

Any info on Action! development for Windows 10?

However, Action runs in Windows 7 compatibility mode but doesn't record any video or audio.

Windows 10 is currently in Technical Preview version and it's not officially supported. Once there is a stable and official release for Windows 10 or developers will do their best to adjust Action! to support this Windows version.
