Far Cry 3 crash on record (and mp4 stutters)

When I use MP4 On ANY game, it stutters.
(AVI works like a charm on games except fc3)

But I'm mainly here for FC3, AVI and MP4 Result in a "far cry 3.exe has stopped responding" crash instantly as I press F9. the Nvidia recording format DOES work on it.. (but it lags like hell)

could anybody shine light on this.

Geforce Experience is uninstalled, so no.
