AMD/APP 1080p60 Quality

Hi...

I have an AMD HD 7970 / 3GB @ 1 GHz

I record in 1920x1080 @ 60fps using AMD/APP encoder.

I've set the quality to max, but feel that theres a little too much 'blocking' going on...

is it something you could take a look on ?

instead i've found some examples of bad block noise:

mostly the video quality is good, but the block noise kind of destroys the details, so sometimes it feels like watching the video through a grid of glass tiles

I don't know if the problem stems from me playing at 2560x1440 and recording at 1920x1080 ??

i just wish you would look into the matter and see if its fixable
