Webcam black boxing

Simple Q, is there supposed to be a black box about 1 or 2 pixels wide around the face cam?
It really annoys me is all and i'm hoping i can somehow get rid of it.

Automatically no, but you can create a graphic overlay that will cover your webcam with a border.

Ahh okay, good to know.

I had considered an overlay but i honestly think they're an eye-sore.
