Action Crashes windows on launch

I went to run Action! today, and it just crashes and I get logged out of Windows (8.1 pro). I've never had this issue before today and have used it loads of times...?

Like the launcher pops up, screen flickers black, then goes back to normal, then flickers black... Does this a few times, then I'm assuming windows (explorer.exe) crashes, and then I get logged out of windows.

I've tried re-downloading Action! but same thing still happens... Any idea's?

Action version 1.25.1 (latest) and the one before it which is why I tried re-downloading newest one.
