Close to buying, just three small problems.

So far I'm loving Action!, but I am having 3 small-ish problems. If these have been answered please point me in the right direction.

1. The first major thing is that in game cut-scenes produce no audio. Literally every other piece of audio is fine except when I specifically go into a cut-scene of some sort.

2. I can't seem to alt-tab without Action! stopping my stream. This is incredibly annoying if I need to search up something or respond to anything on my second monitor.

3. Very minor but how do I remove the Action! logo at the top saying that it was recorded with Action!?

1. Does this issue occur in only one game? Do you use multi-channel audio recording?
2. If you are using Game/Application mode then Action! will end your recording/streaming as soon as you quit or minimize your application. If you would like to record your video continuously even after switching to desktop please select Screen Mode instead of Game/Application.
3. This is trial watermark that appears only during 30 day free trial period. Once you activate your Action! copy it will no longer appear on your new videos.

Alright so problem two and three are fairly easy fixes. As for problem one I do have multi-channel recording. If I turn off live streaming and just record it's fine but if I'm streaming cut-scene dialogue is absent. I also tried another game and it's fine.

Have you tried disabling multi-channel audio feature?

Yes I've tried enabling and disabling it. I've tried just recording audio as well and it works. I've tried just recording and it works. When I stream, audio, specifically spoken audio in cut scenes, doesn't work. I could attempt to stream without saving a recording to disk. However I wish to have a recording. The recording and stream settings are different but I don't see why that would cause a problem.
