Action! License Questions

Hi,

I'm looking to buy Action for recording some of my gameplay, but have a few questions about the licensing. First, is the steam version of Action the one that allows you to monetise videos on youtube? (So, the commercial license.)

Also, is there some kind of a subscription fee if I just want to record game footage and upload to youtube? I don't want to live stream or anything.

I've looked through the forum and couldn't find answers to these questions, so sorry if I've repeated previous questions!

Steam version is a commercial license which allows you to monetize your videos with ads. As for subscription, there is no any monthly fee for using Action. Only Remote Action! requires a subscription plan which is only optional.
