Recording problem

Please i buyed Mirillis caus it's the bast way to reacord with quality after trying it.

But when i record i got this problem :

400x840
800x960
1600x960
1600x1920

i got the same problem with any of this resolution :/

That depends on what is your current game resolution. If the aspect ratio is 4:3 you will always have black bars on the side.

But with another program working good... But I won't buy for all program...
They have no option for resise the program like another program do ? Then we well work good...

with another program i got the same problem, but this program have some setting to fix this problem...
But mirillis have no setting to fix ths problem, and i prefere mirillis caus the cuality is better ...
