Action stopped recording

Hello,

i have quite a big problem and i wasn't able to solve it anyhow so i hope you will be able to help me. I tried Mirillis Action free trial and i love it! Best recording app ever, i wanted to buy the full licence, but the problem is, it suddenly just stopped working.What i mean by that is, that i cannot record gameplay. I can record desktop, i can record sound, but when i click on the gameplay recording (the gamepad button), the big red button turns grey, i cannot see the HUD in upper right corner and when i press F9, nothing happens. I've tried everything bot nothing works. So i am afraid of buying the full licence, when it may not work, because not even reinstaling or deleting registry help, nothing. I've even found older version somewhere, nothing, the same problem, i just cannot record gameplay with mirillis. Can you help me please, i would love continue using mirillis action and buy commercial licence, but right now i can't. Thank you for your answer.
