Action will not run on Windows 10?

I purchased action about a year ago and have been very happy with it. I've not bothered with updating it as others have reported so many issues caused by versions later than what I had. Today, I did the Windows 10 upgrade and was sad to learn that Action! would not run on Win10. Tried running it in Win7 and Win8 compatibility mode, but to no avail.

SO... will there be a version that will run on Win10? Perhaps there has been an update that would have made my installation work with Win10, but at this point, I can't even update. Help?

Current version is supporting Windows 10 however there will be an update today to fix some minor issues on new Windows 10.
