"Action!" only logo screen - Win10

Hi, after upgrading to Windows 10 i can't launch "Action!". But, when i turn on "Safety mode" on a while and then i try to launch "Action!" program working properly.

Did you have any ideas why i can't launch "Action!" on my computer, without turning on 'Safety mode'?

Do the program start when finding the .exe and starting through that? If so, just remove the ord shortcut to it and make a new. That's what I had to do.

If not, then I don't know.
