A lot of problems, can someone help me?

Hey guys, i've just bought,Action! and i'd like recording gameplay.

Could you tell me the best setting in order to upload video on youtube?

i tried to make some video but i had some problems:
reocording "The war of mine", the video recorded goas too quick.
i can't record Commandos Behinds enimies line, infact pushing f9 dosen't happen anything.

Can someone help me, please?

What's your PC specification? What settings do you use to record your videos?
