ACTION! CRASHES DURING LIVE STREAM LAUNCH - HELP!!!

Hello everyone!

I'm having issues setting up a live stream, Action! Crashes each time I begin to stream. I've tried YouTube, Twitch, & Ustream but no success. I've uninstalled (removed registries also) and reinstalled but the issue persists...

I followed the instructions provided via the Action! Support site & my pc running Win7, 16gb of ram, 3.5ghz & has no issues handling far more intensive programs so what gives?

Someone please provide some information or steps I should take at this point...
