Action records 30fps video in 120fps? WHY???

Mon Aug 31, 2015 4:47 pm

So, I have this problem that after I record a video it shows in Sony Vegas Ultimate HD 10 Edition that it is in "120.000" FPS DESPITE that I ONLY CHECKED the settings so it only should record in 30FPS. Why is this happening? It really messes up my recordings, I use "Active Screen" to record with following settings: MP4 (Intel® Quick Sync Video), 720p, 30FPS, the game I'm playing is 30FPS also. (Skyrim).
Video Quality: High
Bitrate (MP4): 75%
Input Range: 0-255
Multi Core Recording checked
Overlay Graphics (Nothing checked at all).

I tried changing settings to LOWEST and it sill recorded in 120.000 fps, including regular MP4... :?
What Can I do to make my videos show in Vegas as 30fps in which they were recorded rather than 120.000 fps?
This causes my program to crash and i see green thumbnails instead of normal screenshots

My laptop specs:
Intel Core i5
2.5GHZ Quad processor
6GB RAM
Graphics Card Intel 4000
Realtek Audio Card

Some files work despite 120,000 FPS and some don't
The one that doesn't has the following:
Length: 00:00:35
Frame Width: 1280
Frame Height: 720
Data Rate: 3885kbps
Total Bitrate: 4013
Frame Rate: 25FPS

Now, the audio in Vegas is longer than Video clip? and in properties fps is 25 and in Vegas 120.000?
Also, some of my MP4 files show up as 29.997 (30FPS) in Vegas and there's no problem. (recorded with external devices: Elgato Game Capture Card) and like I mentioned some files from Action that are 120.000 FPS also work fine, with bit of a lag when moving between frames, but at least they are in sync (Audio and Video)

If I remember correctly all MP4 files that had the green thumbnail (video is useless and broken beyond repair) had audio and video out of sync

AVI files are fine, unfortunately they are ridiculously large
