Action! Jump cuts my videos

Hey there, i bought action a few days ago after using the trail version for a while.
When i was using the trail it happend to me once in a while and i got jump cuts in my videos and i couldnt do anything so i uploaded this way.
I thought that if ill buy the full version it wont happened but it is happening still and its even worst. every game im trying to record im getting those jump cuts, i tried to improve my fps by changing the video settings but nothing is helping its still jump cutting.
The game i record is minecraft in 1.7.10 so if anyone will be able to help me its will be nice

Does it occur only with Minecraft?

I didn't try to record something else , I gave my minecraft more GR and its not happening that common but still it's happened once in a while
