Windows 8.1 MP4 Intel Quick Sync / MP4 NVIDIA NVENC Crashes

Hi, when I stop a a recording with the MP4 Intel Quick Sync Video / Nvidia Nvenc, my software crash ...
Anyone know why ?
It's the windows 8.1 update ? :c

Wow...latest video driver.

So yes..tried latest, oldest, IF i go way back in your Action! versions to before you started streaming I can find a version that still works.

HOWEVER, since I want to stream I'm sort of stuck...oh wait, Nvidia Shadowplay. Its free...it works.
