Why does recordng Minecraft lag?

I bought Action yesterday, and I tried to record Minecraft. I noticed it was stuck on 20 fps or so. even when I had it be at 30 fps. I tried recording other games I had like Primal Carnage and Polarity, and they both recorded well. I am also wondering this because the free trial recorded Minecraft perfectly fine, but the paid version not. If you guys know how to fix this please let me know. Thanks. Specs: Lenovi Y70 Nvidia Gtx 860M i7-4710q @ 2.5ghz and 16 gb ram
