I go from 110fps down to straight 30fps

When i record Minecraft i go from 110fps to 30fps and it just caps there and i have tried everything and research on how to fix this and i haven't found an solution. I heard a lot of people have this problem and i'm also on Windows 10

I have heard from multiple places that Action! uses vSync when recording. If you want higher fps while recording, try changing your Video Framerate to 60 or even 120 under the Video Recording tab.

That's kind of a nonsense. Where did you read that? Vsync is by games to synchronize your FPS with your monitor's refresh rate. It does have nothing to do with recording process.

As for the original question. Is your in-game fps lowered to 30 as well? Please notice that red HUD shows actually recorded fps while blue HUD is a benchmarking HUD and shows current game fps.
