I can't record Rakion and question about action! updates

I have 2 questions please. The easy one is:
I purchased action! license for Home Use. I'de like to know when will I stop receiving updates? Because other companies only offer 1 year of updates, and I don't remember when I bought mirillis but was many months ago.



The other question is a bit more complicated:

Everytime I try to record rakion gameplay I can't. For example, I open rakion (either full or half screen resolution) and then open action! but magically Rakion screen goes black and nothing else happens.
Then I tried openning action! before launching Rakion (either full or half screen) and the game will stuck in the loading screen.

This happens only with rakion, I play cs go, left 4 dead, fifa, outlast and everything goes smooth, the program is up to date, please help
