Bad quality and .AVI not working

Seems like .Avi is not working, even with the featured video editing softwares! How do I fix this? I have tried to reinstalled the program 4 times, and I have set my computer to factory new aswell.

I would like to have a third record option, or simply have .AVI working!

How it looks like when recording in mp4 wich is the worst:

RawFile is simply just a print screen if you wonder.
Seems to me that others have a simular problem, atleast AVI not working, Please fix this Dev Team at Mirillis!

Computer specs if nessesary:
RAM - 24GB RAM DDR3
HDD - 1TB
CPU - Intel I5-3350P @ 3,10 GHz
GPU - Nvidia GTX 660 2GB
