Action win 10 steam games crash

Hi!

I have many problems with action:
my spec:
OS: Windows 10 pro 64bit
VGA: Nvidia 970gtx
Ram: 8gb

when i running action this games cant run:
if i start first action this games crashing by start: Warface, Smite, Bishock (steam games)...
if i start game first and then action then game freez.

action dont detect games in game mode.
Can someone help me to fix this problem?
