Sound Problem with the Trialversion

Hello everybody,
I just stumbled across the Action! Demo and I am really considering dumping my current recording program for it.
The graphics result are decent, so I couldn't be more happy with it.
Yet there is one thing bothers me. I have an annoying sound that is overlaying on the ingame sound permanently (I can still hear the original gamesound, but this noise is far louder).
Is that a demo restriction, or do I have to further investigate on my system to make it work? So far I have been using Fraps and Audacity to record ingame and voice overs and have never encountered such a noise .
I think I have the settings right (judging from the tutorials I watched), so can I buy it and the noise is gone, or will I have to do more testing?

The file contains 2 recordings. One done with my current setup and one done with action as well as the respective recordingsettings. So if you could point to what I am doing wrong there, I would be grateful.
