Own watermark with unwanted shadow

Hi,

I am using a png24 file as a small watermark in the upper right corner. To fix it to a defined position I use a logo centered on a small transparent background. But instead of being fully transparent, the background appears as a shadow-like area (see attachment: action-wasserzeichen-fehler.png [on the right]) in every game I record (e.g. GTA V, The Elder Scrolls Online etc).

I use the same file (see attachment: logo_a_neu_rand_kl.png) with OBS, PlayClaw and D3DGear without having this weird problem. And using the file with Photoshop does not show up the "shadow" (see attachment: action-wasserzeichen-fehler.png [on the left]).

Maybe it is no problem with Mirillis Action! but with some settings so I ask you for help.
