can't open action windows 10

hello,
i am running on windows 10 pro and i can't run action

i installed the trial of action 2.0.5
when i open it nothings happen...even when i open as admin

i tried reinstalling it completely
( deleten and the action folder from registry)
i really love this recorder and i hope i should be able to run it again


note : when i open action the files:
action! bin
action_svc are still running on task manager
even when i uninstall action these files still running and still on the folder

Does the same issue occurs if you launch Windows in Safe Mode?
