Mp4 crash ending the recording process

Hello, I downloaded the trial version.
In avi format, it is excellent, but in the format of mp4 crash upon ending the recording process

Also does not work streaming.
When the recording stops, the cursor changes to a green arrow and the program then hangs

Probably there is a problem with capturing audio.
