Help please - I just can't fix this red circle error!

First i got this spinning circle in my HUD. It's red and if i want to record my game, my file is broken. So i can not watch it. Aftet that, i reinstalled Action, made my PC new and updates drivers. Action recorded my game normally, but now there is that circle again. Google won't say me anything about this. What is the problem and how can i fix this?

This circle means that Time-Shift option is enabled. Go to Action! main tab and disable Time-Shift.
