Action crash recording OpenGL (Game/app)

Since the last update of Action, version 3.10.1, when I try to record games or applications that work under OpenGL, Action closes the game or application without giving any errors. It only happens when you start recording, both in game mode and in desktop mode.

The same game or application, in Directx or Vulkan mode records it without problems, but in OpenGL it closes all programs.

For example, when trying to record Retroarch with the OpenGL driver (desktop mode), the hub looks and everything works fine, but when I start recording, Action closes Retroarch without giving me any errors or anything. If you do the same with the Vulkan or DX11 / 12 Driver that does not happen, only with OpenGL.

I have also tried OpenGL games and exactly the same thing happens, I close the game when I start recording.

With version 3.9.6 those errors did not happen.

Update Action! to 3.10.2 and see if that works.

Tested version 3.10.2 and still fails in opengl, I also tried the previous versions and now they all fail. This version seems to improve a bit, but still fails.
Apparently the behavior of OpenGL in the latest Nvidia drivers will change something that does not initialize the driver well.

Example 1:
If I run Action and play in window mode, there is no problem, it does not close and it is recorded correctly.

Example 2:
If I run Action and the game in full screen or full window without borders, the game closes when booting or pressing the record button. Tested even without showing the hub and the same thing happens. In Vulkan or Dx 11/12 it does not happen, only OpenGL.

Example 3:
Something strange and curious, if I run the game OpenGL and close it, then run Action and enter the game again, it works and lets me record it, I can close the game, put it back without problems. But if I change the mode in Action (from game to desktop) and run the game again, it stops working. I have to close Action, run the game again, close it, and then start Action again (no matter the recording mode) and when you run the game, it works again.

It is difficult to explain, but it is a driver initialization problem in OpenGL mode.

The OBS program also presents these errors, that is, when you put the same thing in full screen mode, now it takes 2 or 3 seconds to capture the content, before it did so at the moment, but it does not close the game, only it takes a while to detect the content.

Action seems to suffer the same error now, as it does not detect the content and prevents you from running the application, but if you start it before, it is like it stays in memory and then works.
