Action crashes my apps and my PC

Whenever I save a video recording that is up to 40 minutes, Action crashes and made the other apps run slow and sluggish. It was so bad, I had to hard reset my PC every time it happens. Any way to fix this? My drivers and Windows are up to date.

Press Windows key + R to open "Run" window.
Type msinfo32 and click OK to open System Information.
Now click File -> Save. Save the file on your desktop, this can take a while.
