I found a workaround thats working perfectly so far. Go to the installation folder and remove the file "libmfxsw32.dll" (i recommend backing it up first)

I have identified the culprit: libmfxsw32.dll. This library serves as the engine for the "Intel Media SDK," which Splash utilizes for Intel-based software and hardware video acceleration. On Windows 11 25H2, this outdated engine causes a critical conflict with the new system kernel
and current video drivers.

To apply these changes to future installations—or on other systems running Windows 11 25H2—here is the simplified procedure:

Definitive Solution for Mirillis Splash on Windows 11 25H2

1. Install Splash as you normally would.
2. Delete or rename the file `libmfxsw32.dll` located in the installation folder (by default: `C:\Program Files (x86)\Mirillis\Splash`). This forces Splash to utilize more modern video engines that are compatible with Windows 11 (such as DXVA).
