Unable to increase resolution to 4K resolution with Elgato HD60 S+

Hey guys I have been trying to increase my capture resolution to 4K using my Game Capture HD60 S+ (Elgato) but it seems Mirillis Action is only picking up a 1080p output

I know it isn't a capture card issue because I have the correct settings on my capture cards software and it outputs 4K just fine

What do you guys suggest? I also have used the "default" capture resolution but it still doesn't fix the issue and continues to output at 1080p

Elgato HD60 s+ accpets 4k as an input and can passthrough 4k. But it encodes only in 1080p.
