Yes, Action! does support this. You can record your microphone and system/game audio as separate tracks so they can be edited independently later.
In the Audio settings, there is an option called “Record microphone into separate audio track.” When enabled, your mic commentary will be saved on a different track from the system/game sound inside the same video file.
There are also a few recording modes available, for example:
Video + all audio in one track
Video with mic on a separate track
Video and audio in separate files (video, mic, system sound)
So if you enable the separate track option, most editors like Premiere, Vegas, or DaVinci Resolve should detect both tracks and let you adjust them independently during editing.
Just note: separate mic tracks may not be available while LIVE streaming mode is enabled.
