General conditions

1.1 Creating Mirillis account signifies acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms you must discontinue creating account.

1.2 You acknowledge that you have a valid e-mail address that will be used for your Mirillis acount.

1.3 All software products on Mirillis website are licensed not sold.

1.4 You acknowledge that you have read specified Mirillis product End User License Agreement and you accept terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this End User License Agreement you must remove specified Mirillis product files from your storage devices, cease to use the product, discontinue purchase and discountinue creating Mirillis account.

Security

4.1 We take all possible measures to protect our customers and website users information.

4.2 You are responsible to keep your username, passwords and product serial number (sent by Mirillis in purchase confirmation e-mail) safe. Making your Mirillis account details or product serial number publicly available may result in no access for software upgrades offers, no access for customer/technical support and invalidating your product serial number.

4.3 Your account password is stored in encrypted form and we do not have any access or knowlegde about your password. We cannot remind you your password, the only option if you lost the password is to reset a password to a new one.

Privacy Policy

5.1 Please read this information carefully before creating Mirillis account. Creating Mirillis account signifies acceptance of the terms of Mirillis Privacy Policy.

5.2 Mirillis Ltd. does not collect any personal information, this means no information such as name, address or telephone number is collected and stored online by Mirillis Ltd. Only E-mail address and password information is collected during Mirillis account creation process. By providing e-mail address during purchase of Mirillis products or when creating Mirillis account you automatically accept to subscribe Mirillis Newsletter. To unsubscribe please visit Newsletter page at Mirillis.com and fill in unsubscribe form.

5.3 We use Google Analytics, Google AdWords Conversion tracker, other Google services and Mirillis services that place cookies on a browser across the website. Mirillis services and other 3rd party services help us increase the website's usability for our visitors and customers. Cookies are set and read by Google services and Mirillis website.

5.4 When using Mirillis products or services some information from your PC, required for Mirillis products or services functionality, may be stored on Mirillis servers (in example your PC ip when using Remote Action! or Monflo, your game control layouts or favorite games and applications shorcuts for Remote Action! app). If you do not agree with these Terms you must discontinue creating account.

5.5 Your e-mail address information may be used by Mirillis Ltd. for contact purposes on important matters. We do not sell any information about our customers or website users to any third parties.
