It seems monflo is being replace by remotly. Is it exact ?

In fact, I am a bit confused, it seems you have two websites running in parallel.
The first website show different products than the second.

Is monflo beging discontinued ?

You are right.
Remotly is soon to be released software that will replace Monflo.
Every Monflo user already have a Remotly account that one can use.
