- get VirtualDub an install the directshow plugin for it
- open the file, don't change anything except audio disable option in audio menu, if you don't do this, VD will freeze and/or crash
- save as avi, it will save as uncompressed by default
As far as audio goes, i haven't found any 'clean' menthod of extraction - i simply compress fic into mp4 in action!, and extract wav using an audio/video converter (i used Free Media Converter 2.0)
After this, you can open the recording in any vid editting software

Now time for some rant / nerd rage:
Mirillis, like WTF?! You are geniuses that did all those wonderous things with gpu accelleration and stuff (no sarcasm), but yet you refuse to give us the option to export fic to avi built in action! w/o all this mumbo jumbo. Why?!
