Action 1.13.2.0 not recording desktop screen

Hi,

I want to record the desktop of my computer to do a tutorial but appears this message:

Failed to create recording file

Please select different recording folder.

Change directory of video recording and nothing, still appears the same windows when recording screen desktop.

Help me!

Are you sure that Action! is running under administrator rights? Did you install any latest Windows update?

yes, yes, I´ve installed all most recent Windows updates and still appears the error window

Please make sure that your Windows account has proper rights to write into your hard drive. Try creating your folder manually and then set it as output folder in Action!.

I have the same problem , but not recording my desktop. It always happen with a couple of games...and It's so weird
