Product Purchase
General questions about product purchase, payment options and serial number delivery.
1) FREE TRIAL Please, download,
install and test a free trial version of specified Mirillis product before purchase.
2) PURCHASE. Select a product from Mirillis Online Store and
read carefully Terms and Conditions of Sale on product purchase page.
Click "Buy Now" PayPal button to continue purchase process. You will be directed to PayPal payment page.
3) PAYMENT. Proceed with online payment at the Paypal. Signing up for a PayPal account may be optional.
4) SERIAL NUMBER DELIVERY. When payment transaction is accepted Mirillis will immediately send you a purchase confirmation e-mail with product serial number.
The purchase confirmation e-mail will be sent on your e-mail address used for Paypal payment process.
Payment for the products proceeds online via PayPal. Signing up for a PayPal account may be optional.
We accept payments in USD, EUR, GBP and PLN, however you can pay in any currency supported by Paypal, it will be exchanged automatically by PayPal system.
When payment transaction is accepted Mirillis will immediately send you a purchase confirmation e-mail with product serial number.
The purchase confirmation e-mail will be sent on your e-mail address used for Paypal payment process.
Please check your e-mail SPAM inbox/filters.
If you do not receive purchase confirmation e-mail with product serial number within few hours from payment transaction, please contact us at: sales@mirillis.com
Product Activation
A walk through product activation processs.
You need a product serial number for product activation (
see: "What do I need to activate a product?").
Open "About" window from the right mouse button menu (the "About" window pop-ups automatically when you close
the trial version of a product and when your trial period is expired).
Click "Activate" button to show activation window, enter your name,
product serial number and click "Activate" button.
The product is being activated by filling the purchased serial number in the trial version.
You need to purchase a product from Mirillis
Online Store to get a serial number.
Valid e-mail addres will be required for product purchase.
Payment for the products is done via PayPal, signing up for a PayPal account may be optional.
No, product can be installed, run and activated without internet connection.
"Activate" button is available when all required data (both name and serial number(s)) is filled in.
Your name, initials, nickname, computer name etc...
Please make sure that you entered the product serial number correctly.
When you activate an UPGRADE product, make sure that a correct "Activation type" is selected.
For Splash PRO EX it is recommended to copy/paste serial number.
Common mistakes for Splash PRO serial numbers are:
- mismatching U and V
- mismatching B and 8
- mismatching A and 4
Please make sure that you downloaded an application directly from
Mirillis website to ensure it is original binary provided by Mirillis.
If you still experience the problem please contact us.
The serial number is entered correctly, but it has been added to a blacklist and can not be used any more.
The product serial number may be added to the blacklist when it becomes publicly available or when user breaches
terms or conditions of the End User License Agreement. Mirillis may send a warning or information e-mail
to customer e-mail adress before adding the product serial number to the blacklist.

Product Updates and Upgrades
General questions about updating products and upgrading to newer versions.
AUTOMATIC UPDATES. Product update availability is checked on application start and application
will ask you to install the update when it is available.
Make sure that "Check for updates" option is enabled in application settings.
MANUAL UPDATES. You may download the latest product version from Mirillis
downloads page and then install it on your PC.
The following information may be required for product upgrades (i.e. from Splash PRO to Splash PRO EX):
PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER,
MIRILLIS TRANSACTION ID,
CUSTOMER E-MAIL.
All of this information is sent by Mirillis in product purchase confirmation e-mail.
You must keep this e-mail for your records, as it contains required information not only for product upgrades but also
to obtain customer and technical support.
REQUIREMENTS:
A valid Splash PRO serial number is required to upgrade to Splash PRO EX version.
1) Download and install Splash PRO EX version, use a trial period to evaluate a software.
2) Purchase a Splash PRO EX UPGRADE product. Your Splash PRO EX serial number will be delivered by e-mail.
3) Uninstall Splash PRO before Splash PRO EX activation.
4) To activate Splash PRO EX please open About window, select activate tab, change "Activation type" to "Splash PRO EX UPGRADE" and enter serial numbers.
Please note that a valid Splash PRO serial number is required for activation.
